Integriertes Management System (IMS), welches den Fokus auf klare Strukturen, Transparenz, kontinuierliche Verbesserung und Nachhaltigkeit in den Bereichen Qualität, Umwelt, Arbeitssicherheit und Informationssicherheit legt.
We have been certified according to the ISO 9001 quality management standard since 2004. In 2016, an Environmental Management System according to ISO 14001 was introduced and with the certification under ISO 27001, we have been able to prove that we work in compliance with the highest standards of IT security since 2016.
Information security is important to us: Our locations in Stuttgart, Munich, Ingolstadt and Friedrichshafen are already TISAX (Trusted Information Security Assessment Exchange) certified. TISAX (Trusted Information Security Assessment Exchange) zertifiziert.
Process quality
The ISO 9001 quality management standard is a globally valid seal of quality. The certificate documents high quality throughout all audited processes. Our aspiration is aimed at increasing the transparency of operational processes, identifying possible sources of error and thus further improving customer satisfaction. ISO 9001 defines the requirements for the quality management system. All measures implemented improve our product and service quality and strive to meet our customers' requirements even better. The regular review of our ISO 9001 certificate confirms the sustainably assured quality and the realised optimisations.
Environment
In 2016, we introduced an Environmental Management System (EMS) in accordance with ISO 14001. In this context, we have committed ourselves to dealing responsibly with the resources we use. Since then, the system has been an integral part of our daily business. With the EMS, we systematically record environmental impacts and continuously reduce environmental pollution. The measures relate to savings in energy (electricity and heat), paper and water consumption as well as emissions. Furthermore, we enable the consistent return of recyclable materials to the economic cycle. EMS's basic idea - careful and responsible use of resources - applies across TWT. Our employees are continuously sensitised to the concerns of environmental protection.
Information Security
ISO 27001 is the leading international standard for Information Security Management Systems (ISMS). The core of an ISMS is built on confidentiality, integrity and availability - crucial factors in everyday life when using IT in critical business processes. At TWT, after successfully completing information security management audits, we prove that we have a reliably functioning system around the security of information.
Sustainability
Sustainability is a long-term strategic success factor for TWT. With this sustainability guideline, we implement sustainable management actively. Our company culture as the foundation of the corporate action of TWT is based on core values: Independence of third parties, social responsibility, integrity, liability, loyalty, trust, tolerance, fairness, and respect. We live up to these values every day in our company and business relationships with clients and suppliers. This way we promote Innovation and high-performance in a sustainable manner every day. Our philosophy of cooperation with our partners is based on mutual expectations and obligations: the focus is on reliability, transparency, communication, and sustainability. Thus, the target of this sustainability guideline is the establishment of performance standards, educational work, and engagement for a responsible business operation. The sustainability guideline forms standards and defines requirements for our partners and suppliers: compliance with internationally recognized women’s, humans’ and employees‘ rights, ban of children labor and forced labor, compliance with legal standards and environmental guidelines, as well as provisions on environment protection and the compliance and support of business ethical behavior. This guideline is oriented towards internationally recognized principles and Conventions, such as the Global Compact of the United Nations (http://www.unglobalcompact.org) and the International Labor Standards of ILO (http://www.ilo.org). Furthermore, we fulfill all our business activities in compliance with local legislation. When national and international regulations, industry standards, and the present guideline rule the same matter, stronger provisions are applicable respectively.
