An open-source implementation of GETMe is now available on Github!

We are happy to announce that we have published an open-source implementation of our innovative GETMe method on Github. GETMe, developed by our company founder, Dimitirs Vartziotis, is a widely pioneering method for polygonal and polyhedral mesh structures. D.S.H. Lo referred to it as a groundbreaking approach, stating that “a breakthrough was made when Vartziotis et al. (2008) proposed the GETMe method, which is purely a geometric process to move the nodes of a triangle so as to improve its quality.”

GETMe regularizes polygons and polyhedrons and achieves excellent mesh qualities with significantly less computational effort than global optimization-based methods. By publishing the GETMe implementation on Github, our aim is to foster knowledge sharing, encourage collaboration, and leverage the expertise of the community for mutual benefit. Researchers, developers, and interested parties are welcome to explore the repository, try out the code, and provide feedback and suggestions for improvement.

Feel free to explore our Github repository at https://github.com/twt-gmbh/getme and become an integral part of our community, contributing to the development of GETMe together. We look forward to your participation!
